Problem Note 52000: A WHERE condition that is used in a Rank transformation is not applied to the results

If you add a WHERE condition in the properties of the Rank transformation to filter data before statistical computations are performed, the WHERE condition is not be applied to the source table in the RANK procedure code. The WHERE condition is incorrectly applied to a table that is not used in the code and is generated by the RANK procedure. Statistical computations are performed on the complete source table.
To work around this issue, specify the WHERE condition as an advanced table option in the properties of the Rank transformation.
